At St. Patricks Day and before Trade In Spirits brings you news from our beloved Ireland, this year literally From the Edge.

Dingle Distillery Global Business Development Manager, and formerly European Brand Ambassador Eimhin Prendergast (pictured) will take you in a series of tastings, a dinner and masterclasses on a journey from conception to creation of for example Dingle Distillery’s latest limited edition series releases: The Wheel of the Year.

Eimhin has been spreading the good word of Dingle for the last number of years, including almost a full year working in the distillery on the distillation and maturation side of the whiskey-making process. He will take you through the entire process from grain to glass, explaining what is it about Dingle that makes it so unique.
