Dingle Single Malt ‘Core’ is the flagship expression from Dingle Distillery on Ireland’s rugged south coast. Crafted from 100% Irish barley and pure mountain spring water, this triple-distilled single malt matures in a combination of virgin American oak and ex-bourbon casks. At 46.3% ABV, uncoloured and non-chill filtered, it delivers a lively balance of creaminess and spice that showcases the distillery’s house character.
