- 40ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 1 fresh egg (white or aquafaba)
- Dry red wine, or 10 year old Madeira wine
Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a sour glass or prosecco flute. Carefully float with the red or Madeira wine.
This drink gets its name from visual effect of the red / Madeira wine.
