- 70ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
- 4 dashes of a classic cocktail bitters (e.g. Fee Brothers grapefruit and whiskey barrel-aged bitters)
- Grapefruit zest
Add the ingredients to a tumbler with ice. Stir and decorate witha grapefruit zest. For more flavour, twist the grapefruit zest above the drink to release the oils before adding it.
