Cocktail: Independence – The Independent
The Independent
- 60ml Independence Blended Irish Whiskey
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml sugar cane syrup
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Freshly drawn soda water
- Maraschino cherry
- Orange peel
Shaken over ice, strained then stirred into ice filled glass. Decorate with the Maraschino cherry on a stick and an orange peel.
