- 30ml Grace O’Malley Heather Infused Gin
- 20ml Campari (or Cynar, to make it special)
- 20ml dry white Vermouth (e.g. Noilly Prat)
- Grapefruit peel
Fill a tumbler with ice cubes, add the
ingredients and stir on ice. Wash the grapefruit peel,
twist it over the glass to release its zest and place it into the
drink. Our take on the classic Negroni.
