Irish Coffee

  • 40-50ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
  • 90ml americano
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar (optional)
  • 30ml whipped cream
  • Coffee beans

Pour hot water into serving glass to heat. Toss hot water, pour in
coffee and stir in sugar until dissolved. Add whiskey, stir to combine and
float cream on top. Garnish with coffee beans.
