Cocktail: Grace O’Malley Baby Doll Cocktail
Baby Doll Cocktail
- 40ml Grace O’Malley Heather Infused Gin
- 25-30ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml Cocci Americano
- 30ml Crème De Mure (or similar blackberry liqueur)
- 1 fresh egg, white or aquafaba
Shake first without ice to aerate and expand the egg white and then with ice. Strain into a coupe style glass and garnish with a sprig of heather to serve.
