First Flight Single Pot Sherry Cask Edition is the very first pot-still whiskey distilled in Kinsale by Blacks Brewery & Distillery. Crafted from a mixed mash bill of malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, wheat and rye, it matured for four years in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled unchill-filtered at cask strength (59% ABV) in a 700 ml bottle, this limited-edition release showcases the purest expression of Irish craft distilling.
