We are proud to announce that Trade in Spirits has received the first shipments of two milestone releases from Dingle Distillery: the Dingle 10 Years Old Single Malt and the new Dingle Single Pot Still. These age‑stated and heritage‑driven bottlings mark an important moment for the independent craft distillery from County Kerry and are a welcome addition to our premium portfolio.
Why these releases matter
Dingle is a hands‑on, craft operation that carries out every step on site — from mash to bottle — and the 10‑year age statement is a rare achievement for a small Irish producer.
- The Dingle 10 Years Old Single Malt marries bourbon, port and Pedro Ximénez cask influence to deliver dark fruit and dessert‑like notes, with ginger biscuits, butterscotch and orange blossom on a long, elegant finish (bottled at 46.5%, non‑chill‑filtered).
- The Dingle Single Pot Still release honours Irish tradition with a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distillation and maturation across ex‑bourbon, oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and red wine barriques, producing pot‑still spice, dark fruit, brown sugar and a honeyed, toasted oak finish.
