Mashed, fermented and distilled in Amsterdam using organic barley, smoked with Scottish peat. Most of it is now maturing in casks into whisky. This unaged New Make Spirit gives us an exciting glimpse into the future. This New Make Spirit is our distillery’s DNA and the foundation of our fourth whisky from the Elemental Series “IGNIS”. This New Make spirit was rated by the Spirits Selection 2025 with 87.70 points.
