The Dingle Distillery Single Pot Still, marking the fifth and final installment in the small batch single pot still whiskey series from Dingle Distillery, has garnered much anticipation. Fully matured in Bourbon casks, it boasts a rich and smooth profile. Notes of dried raspberries and butter mints precede a layer of white chocolate sprinkled with flaked almonds. This transitions to the signature Dingle spice, characterized by undertones of soft wood and leather, culminating in a prolonged, memorable finish.
