Cocktail: Grace O’Malley Mint Julep

Mint Julep

  • 8 leaves of mint
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml Grace O’Malley Rum Cask Irish Whiskey
  • A twig of mint

Muddle the mint leaves with the sugar syrup in a tumbler. Fill it with crushed ice and pour the whiskey on top. Decorate with the twig of mint.
