The Dockyard Gin Distillery, nestled within the historic confines of a 19th-century pumphouse at Chatham, Kent, is the birthplace of the exquisite Dockyard Gin. Operated by Copper Rivet Distillery, this establishment prides itself on a grain-to-glass philosophy, meticulously crafting premium whisky, gin, and vodka. The distillation process, conducted entirely in-house, imbues their spirits with a distinctive flavor profile that is uniquely their own.

Delving into the past, Pumphouse No. 5, the distillery’s domicile, stands as a testament to history, erected in 1873 for the purpose of draining dry docks. The Chatham Dockyard, where the distillery sits, is steeped in naval lore, having witnessed pivotal moments like the launch of HMS Victory and the Dutch raid on the Medway.

Dockyard Gin is a modern homage to the naval gins of yore, a celebration of its Chatham Dockyard roots.
