Belgian Owl 5 Year‐Old Single Malt is a 100% Belgian whisky, matured for five years in first‐fill American white oak Bourbon casks and bottled at 46 % ABV without coloring or chill filtration. Handcrafted in Hesbaye on historic Caperdonich pot stills, it offers on the nose delicate yellow fruit and vanilla, leading into sweet caramel and toasted oak. The palate is rich and round—think toffee, gentle spice and orchard fruit—with a long, honeyed finish.
“Bright lime zest and a hint of vanilla appear at first, followed by tropical fruit and stewed red fruits, while honey and cereal add layers of complexity. Caramel and sweet pear linger on the finish. “
Belgian Owl 10 YO Single Malt
IWSC 2025: Spirit Silver (93%)
Belgian Owl 10 Year-Old Single Malt is a 100% Belgian whisky, patiently aged a decade in first-fill American white oak Bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV with no added coloring or chill filtration. Handcrafted in Hesbaye on historic Caperdonich pot stills, it greets you with a mineral-driven nose of fresh green fruit and lactic undertones. On the palate, it unfolds into a densely aromatic, creamy core of layered complexity, finishing with exceptional freshness, eucalyptus lift and toasted oak notes.

Belgian Owl 20 Year-Old Anniversary Edition is a 100% Belgian single malt, patiently aged two decades in first-fill American white-oak Bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration or added color. Handcrafted on historic Caperdonich pot stills in Hesbaye, it greets you with a nose of cherry, plum and delicate spices over a whisper of cream soda. On the palate, honeyed grains give way to dark chocolate-orange and warming clove, finishing long and sweet with caramel and ripe pear.

Belgian Owl New Make Single Malt Spirit is a 100% Belgian, unaged distillate bottled at 46 % ABV with no chill-filtration or added color. Handcrafted on historic pot stills in Hesbaye, it delivers a grain-forward nose of malt, baked bread and shortbread, lifting into fresh orchard fruits—pear, greengage and a whisper of cider. On the palate, its sweet, oily texture unveils layers of ripe fruit before settling into a clean, gently gristy finish.
