Dingle Distillery Single Malt Single Cask Release – The Netherlands, matured in an Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask, specially selected by Master Distiller, Graham Coull has been exclusively bottled. As no two casks are the same, every Single Cask Whiskey from Dingle Distillery is a unique and singular expression which can never be replicated. The original role of this cask in the maturation of Pedro Ximénez is reflected in the colour, aroma, character and above all, taste of this Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
Since this release just crossed the ocean, it is available to order. Dingle Distillery Single Malt Single Cask Release – The Netherlands Tasting notes
- Nose: The aroma presents notes of ripe banana, molten brown sugar, warm fruit loaf, and polished leather.
- Taste: The Single Cask Release pleases the palate with flavors of barley sugar, rich blackberry jam, juicy dates, and toasted almonds.
- Finish: The finish is soft and syrupy, with dark fruits and hints of dark chocolate emerging.
