Kinsale Spirit Co. Red Earl Irish Whiskey is a masterfully blended Irish whiskey combining ex-bourbon-barrelled grain whiskey with triple-distilled malt aged in ex-sherry casks. After 45 months of maturation, both whiskeys are married and finished for at least four months in ex-Rioja wine casks. The result is a balanced, medium-bodied spirit with vibrant fruit, toffee sweetness and a warm, lingering finish.
