Gold Rush
- 60ml Grace O’Malley Rum Cask Irish Whiskey
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml honey syrup
- Lemon peel
Put the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 15 – 30 seconds. Strain into a tumbler with ice and decorate it with the lemon peel.
