Wild Atlantic Smash

50ml Dingle Single Malt • 25ml Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Apricot Jam • 4-6 Fresh Mint Leaves

In a cocktail shaker, combine your Dingle Single Malt,
lemon juice and apricot jam. Fill with ice and shake
until chilled. In a chilled rocks glass, place your mint
leaves, cover with crushed ice and pour the shaken drink
over the ice. Mix well in the glass, garnish with a mint
sprig and some dried apricots.
