SINGLE IN MANAHATTAN

40ml Dingle Single Malt Whiskey • 20ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Chambord • Orange Curracao / Triple Sec

GLASSWARE: COUPE • GARNISH: LEMON PEEL OILS

Pour all ingredients in the mixing glass.
Fill 2/3 with ice and stir for a minute and a half.
Strain in chilled coupe / cocktail glass.
Squeeze oils of one lemon peel over drink and discard it.
