Dry Manhattan
40ml Dingle Single Malt • 20ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Amaretto • 12 dashes Orange Bitters
1 dash Chocolate Bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a chilled mixing glass.
Fill with ice and stir until chilled. Pour into a
chilled coupe or cocktail glass, garnish with a grapefruit twist.
