DINGLE CHILLI & GINGER
45ml Dingle Single Malt Whiskey • 60ml Clear Apple Juice
30ml Poachers Ginger Beer with chilli • 1 dash Orange or Angostura Bitters
GLASSWARE: HIGHBALL/SLIM JIM • GARNISH: MINT LEAVES AND CHILLI
Pour all ingredients in the highball glass.
Stir shortly (3 times only) to combine. Add ice.
Take mint leaves in one hand and gently smack it with the other
to accentuate the oils. Place it between glass rim and ice alongside one chilli.
