Dingle Auld Fashioned
60ml Dingle Single Malt • 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
2 dashes Angostura Bitters • 1 dash Orange Bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a chilled mixing glass.
Fill with ice and stir until chilled.
Pour into a chilled rocks glass over ice,
garnish with an orange twist.
