Cocktail: Grace O’Malley Seahorse Sour
Seahorse Sour
- 50ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
- 15ml sweet sherry (e.g. Pedro Ximenez)
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes of cocktail bitters (e.g. Fee Brothers walnut bitters, to make it special)
- Cocktail cherry
Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe or tumbler.
This is a variant on the classic whiskey sour, named after Grace O’Malley’s ship, the White Seahorse.
