Pembroke Street

  • 60ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
  • 15ml Campari
  • 15ml sweet white Vermouth (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
  • Lemon zest

Method: Fill a tumbler with ice and measure ingredients into the glass.
Stir with the ice. Wash the lemon zest, twist it over the drink before adding.

This drink is based on a Boulevardier and is named after
Dublin’s famous “going out-street”.
