Cocktail: Grace O’Malley Pembroke Street
Pembroke Street
- 60ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml sweet white Vermouth (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
- Lemon zest
Method: Fill a tumbler with ice and measure ingredients into the glass.
Stir with the ice. Wash the lemon zest, twist it over the drink before adding.
This drink is based on a Boulevardier and is named after
Dublin’s famous “going out-street”.
