Cocktail: Grace O’Malley Man O’Hattan
Man O’Hattan
- 50ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
- 15ml Dry White Vermouth
- 15ml Sweet Red Vermouth
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Orange peel
Mix the ingredients in a mixing beaker with ice, then pour into a coupe or martini glass. Decorate with an orange peel.
