Ginger Grace

  • 50ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Ginger ale
  • Grapefruit zest

Add the whiskey and Angostura bitters to a high ball glass with ice, then top off with ginger ale. Decorate with a grapefruit zest.
