Cocktail: Grace O’Malley Blood in the Cut
Blood in the Cut
- 50ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
- 30ml Verjus
- 25ml Toffeeliqueur
- 20ml Black cassis juice
- A pinch of salt
Method: Put all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and
strain into a tumbler. Carefully float with black cassis juice.
