Blood in the Cut

  • 50ml Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey
  • 30ml Verjus
  • 25ml Toffeeliqueur
  • 20ml Black cassis juice
  • A pinch of salt

Method: Put all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and
strain into a tumbler. Carefully float with black cassis juice.
