Kinsale Spirit Co. Gin is crafted with over 20 botanicals, Kinsale Gin features key flavors foraged from the Kinsale area. As a London Dry Gin, nothing is added after distillation. The botanicals are carefully dried from their natural state before being distilled.
The creation process involved over 60 different batches, utilizing a mix of traditional, locally foraged, and exotic botanicals. After extensive sampling by the creators, their friends, and family, the final recipe for Kinsale Gin was perfected.
This gin truly captures the essence of the countryside, thanks to the hand-picked local botanicals. The final recipe includes 21 different botanicals, gathered seasonally with great respect for the environment.
Floral notes of meadowsweet, elderflower, and elderberries blend with the exotic aromas of lemon verbena and geranium. These enhance the spicy juniper, balancing the flavors perfectly to ensure a complex, yet smooth and exquisite taste.

Juniper forward quickly followed by sharp citrus from bitter orange and lemon peel with a complex spiciness
TASTE
Smooth mouthfeel with an immediate burst of flavours. Plenty of straight forward fruitiness from berries, apples and citrus fruits, unusual fruity tones coming from lemon verbena and lemon balm among others, floral undertones from meadowsweet and elderflower. Followed by earthy spices from roots and seeds.
