It is this same drive for inventiveness that brought together the two Liège-based brands, Belgian Owl and Cafés Charles Liégeois, to create the delicate new nectar that is this Coffee-Finished Whisky.This 5-year-old Single Malt Whisky is finished in barrels that previously held a coffee eau-de-vie. It is made with over 100 kg of coffee beans from the Republic of Congo, on the shores of Lake Kivu.
