The SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Fifty One is a secret single malt composition, matured for varying lengths of time in casks that previously held sherry, port wine, or Sauternes. The name Fifty One refers to its characteristic 51% alcohol by volume.This is a cuvée that truly packs a punch. For the maturation of this German whisky, in addition to the usual casks, those are also used that previously contained port wine, sherry, or Sauternes. This blend of different flavors is particularly well expressed by its comparatively high alcohol content, which is why the SLYRS Fifty One should preferably be enjoyed neat at room temperature.
